Prof. Jörg P. Kutter

Prof. Jörg P. Kutter has over 25 years of experience in analytical chemistry and the development of microfluidic devices for challenges in the life sciences. He has been instrumental in establishing lab-on-a-chip technologies in Denmark. His current research focus is on finding novel solutions to pharmaceutical problems (e.g. in protein analysis, drug delivery and drug transport through barriers) using microfluidic approaches. Current projects include work on establishing cell-based models for drug transport studies, non-equilibrium disturbing methods for sampling from ultra-small volumes, and microfluidic devices for structural investigation of biopharmaceuticals.
